The staff provided exceptional service, from the smooth early check-in with Brian to the quick air conditioning fix by the engineering team. Enjoyed the stunning view from the Townlake suite and the modern vibes throughout the facility. However, the front desk's reception felt distant, and the decor featuring bullets could be unsettling for some guests. While the location is convenient, the pool scene resembles more of a party atmosphere rather than a family-friendly environment.

I really enjoyed my stay here. the coffee shop in the lobby had the best cappuccinos and my room was surprisingly spacious with a cozy seating area. The outdoor pool was a fantastic spot to unwind while enjoying the river views and lounging under the sun. ☀️

So there was this moment when I needed fresh towels, and the front desk was totally on it, they sent someone right away! And the lobby? Man, it had this funky vibe, it felt alive, though the stains? Kinda grody.

Yeah, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still kinda acceptable.
